The shadows in club penguin??

Heyy guys, Softball920 posting ;) . Today I was wandering around in Club Penguin and I noticed these shadows were still there. Everyone thought those shadows meant Ninjas. Ninjas are here but the shadows are still there. What do you think the shadows are??
